Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Changisha.co.tz (the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements to use the Platform.

Our Services

Changisha facilitates the collection of donations via Tanzanian mobile money platforms. We provide tools to create donation campaigns and process donations.

User Responsibilities

As a user of Changisha, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering and creating campaigns.
• Ensure funds collected are used for the intended purposes disclosed in your campaign.
• Avoid fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities on the Platform.

Changisha reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in misconduct.

Fees and Charges

Changisha deducts a service fee of 3% from each donation processed through the Platform.

• This fee covers operational costs, payment processing, and platform maintenance.
• The remaining balance will be disbursed to the campaign owner.

Note: Additional fees may apply if your mobile money provider imposes transaction charges.

Fund Disbursement

Funds will be disbursed to campaign owners within a reasonable timeframe after successful processing. The exact timing may vary depending on the mobile money service provider.

Refunds

All donations made via Changisha are final and non-refundable. Campaign owners are responsible for resolving disputes with donors.

Prohibited Activities

Users may not use Changisha for:

• Fraudulent or deceptive campaigns.
• Activities promoting violence, hate, or illegal content.
• Authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the amount you specify;
• Misappropriation of donated funds.

Violations may result in account suspension, legal action, or both.

Limitation of Liability

Changisha is not liable for:

• Misuse of funds by campaign owners.
• Disputes between donors and campaign owners.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors caused by third-party service providers.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Changisha harmless against any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the Platform.

Privacy

Changisha values your privacy. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Termination

Changisha reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform for violation of these terms or other reasons, including legal or operational constraints.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Disputes shall be resolved in Tanzanian courts.
